Retirement Seminars

Each year, APERS schedules a number of seminars for members who are approaching retirement.  These programs provide basic information about retiring from the system and the options available to members.

Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO)

A QDRO is an order issued by a divorce court making a former spouse an "alternate payee" with the right to receive all or part of a member's retirement benefits.
