Members and retirees have a variety of methods to submit requests to us including online, form, and phone. The fastest and most convenient method is online through the myASPRS portal, which can be accessed at any time and from anywhere. See the myASPRS Options publication in the Resources section below for a list of requests you can submit online.

When selecting a method, consider any applicable deadlines to help ensure we receive your request in sufficient time to meet your needs. Here’s how to submit a request for each method:

Where do I obtain my ASPRS ID to complete a form?
You can find your ASPRS ID on any correspondence that we’ve sent you or on your Annual Member Statement. You can also call us at (800) 682-7377 and obtain it from a Retirement Support Specialist.

What happens if I mailed a form and you haven’t received it yet?
If you are trying to meet a deadline, you can submit the request through myASPRS. The transaction will be immediate, and you will receive a confirmation that it was submitted.
