How do I update my name?
You can update your name in two ways:
- In myASPRS, under Submit Forms/View Documents, you can submit a Demographic Change Request. You will also need to submit supporting documentation for the name change, such as a new Social Security card, a court order, a divorce decree, or a marriage license. Please note that a driver’s license is not acceptable documentation.
