Annually we receive the highest number of retirement applications for members who want to retire effective July 1. During the final week for filing a July application, we are offering extended visitor hours to assist members with the retirement essentials.

Tuesday, May 28 through Monday, June 3, 2019
4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

124 West Capitol Avenue, Suite 400
Little Rock, Arkansas 72202

During the extended hours, we will provide the following services:

  • One-on-one retirement counseling sessions
  • Member Self-Service Portal (MSS) account registration and navigation
  • Paper application completion and submission

If you would like a counseling session, you must schedule an appointment. If you would like assistance with MSS or submitting a paper application, you do not need an appointment, but you should RSVP.
