The myAPERS portal is our online tool that you use to perform all your administrative responsibilities including enrolling employees, reporting compensation and service, and paying contributions. myAPERS is conveniently available for you to use at any time and from anywhere.
We assign you a security role which determines the information you can view and the tasks and functions you can perform. We have two general categories of myAPERS users: AASIS users and regular users.
- AASIS users: AASIS users are employer representatives from state agencies that use the Arkansas Administrative Statewide Information System (AASIS) for human resources and payroll functions. These users benefit from interfaces between the two software applications, which automate most employer tasks and functions.
- Regular users: Regular users are employer representatives from all county, municipal, and non-state employers and from state agencies that do not use AASIS. These users manually enter data or upload files to perform their tasks and functions. Manual entry is efficient for single employee transactions, and file uploads are efficient for multiple employee transactions.
