Maintaining up-to-date records with our retirees is critical, as we sometimes need to contact you or send you important benefit information. Keeping your address current ensures that you will receive important correspondence from us, including your 1099-Rs that you need to file your income tax returns. Keeping your name current ensures that any documentation we generate will be sent according to the correct name. A name change may also indicate a change in marital status, which could affect your benefit.
